TAMAR EXOTIC MEALS BRINGS AFRICAN FOOD TO THE CITY
Tamar Exotic Meals, the African Ready Meal manufacturers, are bringing their range of African Cuisine to the City. The ready meals, which are currently only available online and in ethnic stores, would now be available to buy at our new Mama’s Pot café opening on 1 st June 2005 in Clerkenwell, Central London. Mama’s Pot would be offering lunchtime delivery of their meals as well as coffee, chocolate and a variety snacks from Africa.
The Marketing Director, says
‘I am really thrilled that such an opportunity has arisen. It is the first of its kind. Prior to now, African dishes have been confined to homes and ethnic areas. There is a large population of Africans working in the city and have only had sandwiches, Asian, Oriental and European dishes available to them. Now they can have an African dish at lunchtime and bring their friends and colleagues along to try it out as well’.
The meals are available in mild spice levels with hot dips for the more adventurous taste buds.
Mama’s Pot café opened on the 1st of June 2005.
