
Ingredients
200 grams mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, celery, onion)
200 grams diced potatoes
400 grams Mama's pot fish stew
Method
1. Preheat oven to 200 o C
2. Place vegetables in a casserole dish.
3. Pour over fish stew and stir, ensuring it covers vegetables
4. Bake, covered for 90 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
